How we handle your inquiry and contact details.
Information you provide
Our inquiry forms ask for your name, email address and project requirements. The detailed form also asks for your company and country or region. You may include product references, estimated quantities and other relevant details. The page address and title are included to help us understand which products you are interested in. Please do not submit passwords, payment information or other sensitive personal information.
Sending and replying to inquiries
When you select “Send inquiry”, your information is transmitted over HTTPS to FormSubmit, our form delivery provider, for forwarding to marketing@yoanglasses.com. We use Google-hosted email to receive inquiries and respond to the email address you provide. This message box is an email inquiry service; it is not a live chat.
Copies and retention
FormSubmit states that it retains submissions for 30 days, including submissions awaiting form activation. See its service documentation for details. Copies received in our business email are used to respond to your inquiry and manage the related business correspondence. Contact us to ask about access, correction or deletion of your inquiry information.
Your draft stays in the current page while you complete the form; we do not save it in browser local storage. If you download a copy, that file is saved on your device. If you choose “Email us directly”, your email application opens a draft that you send yourself.
Website analytics and your choice
With your permission, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use this website and which pages lead to an inquiry. It may process information such as the pages you visit, approximate location derived from your IP address, device and browser information, referral source, and interactions such as opening or successfully submitting an inquiry form. We do not send the name, email address, company name or message entered in an inquiry form to Google Analytics.
Analytics is disabled until you select “Accept analytics”. If you select “Necessary only”, the Google Analytics script is not loaded. Your choice is saved in your browser so that we can respect it on later visits. You can review or change your choice at any time through “Cookie settings” in the website footer. Service providers
Our hosting, form delivery and email providers may process technical information, such as IP addresses and request logs, to deliver and protect their services. FormSubmit may use security checks and cookies when its pages are opened.
